So what exactly is a leprechaun? A leprechaun is a tiny elf that appeared from Irish folklore. He loves big shiny gold coins, shamrocks, beautiful rainbows, and anything that is green. According to the old legend, if a human somehow succeeds in capturing some of these small green men, the leprechaun will fulfill your needs. They will give you three wishes or give you his pot of gold!

Catching a leprechaun sure can be tricky, so one of the best ways to do it is by making a leprechaun trap. Building leprechaun traps for St. Patrick's Day is a pretty fun and enjoyable activity you can involve the whole family in. Children will enjoy building their unique leprechaun traps for St Patrick's day. And the best thing is that every trap can be different, and there is no right way to catch a leprechaun.
