RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Beachmate we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. All refunds will be in the form of original payment less shipping costs. The item must be in its original packaging and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Please contact Customer Service at info@mybeachmate.com, in advance to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation or changes to your order via email to info@mybeachmate.com, through our website at www.mybeachmate.com
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address, and must be identical to the information found on your original order. Please also provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions with regards to your cancelation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your cancellation, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out subsequent, we will gladly refund the full balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping costs.
